Just off the coast of Southern California is an island that consists of a wilderness of oak, cactus, and sage.  This is Catalina Island. An island with secluded coves surrounded by ocean with lush kelp forests and abundant sea life. Santa Catalina Island is a wilderness with numerous activities which includes hotels, restaurants and recreational activities of a modern beach resort.

Little Harbor Campgrounds

Little Harbor Campgrounds is 6.8 miles from Two Harbors and approximately  16 miles from Avalon. The campground is accessible by hiking, biking or Safari Shuttle Bus. There is a fee for baggage transport. The Rangers have firewood, charcoal and propane for fee. Sites have picnic tables, a fire ring, a barbecue and canopy. There are chemical toilets, rinse-off showers, fresh water faucets. There are two sandy beaches accessible by the campground.
